We engage in the importation of Tricycle (KEKE) services for sale and rental
We are the legal owner of the Tricycle (KEKE), and we import or buy from wholesaller and give it out for lessee (work and pay). We gives the lessee the right to use or occupy the bike and pay weekly for a specific period (mostly six (6) month of payment). During the contract, we retains the right of ownership of the Tricycle (KEKE) and is entitled to receive weekly payments based on our initial agreement. At the completion of the payment in six (6) months period the Tricycle (KEKE) automatically become the owership or belong to the person. If the Tricycle (KEKE) is sold, we must authorize such a transaction and is entitled to receive any financial gains resulting from the sale.
Although the we retains ownership of the asset, we enjoys reduced rights to the asset during the course of the agreement.
